how people lead, relate, and get things done in team environments (whether you’re an employee or a volunteer), and
challenging environments when things need to change, whether it's planned (let’s transform our team/organisation! 🤨) or unexpected (that wasn’t supposed to happen 😬… is this a crisis? What do we do now? 🤯).
